Marine Credit Union understands that people are more than just their credit score. The company focuses on capturing the member\u2019s full story to help them get approval for consumer and mortgage loans.<\/p>\n<p>Twelve teams competed in the competition and were given a buyer profile as a new car dealership in Winona. Each of the twelve teams had two weeks to prepare for the competition and had to be able to effectively identify the buyer\u2019s needs and handle any objections that may be thrown their way.<\/p>\n<p>The competition took place in two rounds. In the first round the team\u2019s objective was to get agreement to set up another meeting. After the first round four teams were selected by the judges to move on to the final round to compete for cash prizes. The top three finalists received cash prices on behalf of Marine Credit Union.
